I’ve used with countless teachers to help them personalize tech integration, as a follow-up to traditional sit-n-get PD to help them turn inspiration into implementation, and with students to problem-solve/PBL. My favorite is when teachers finish a workshop using the canvas, look at me and ask, “So I just got PD credit for working on my own idea?” Yes. That feeling of bafflement is experiencing PD that’s actually helpful. Can be used solo, with a team, with students- an organizer that helps put plans and ideas into action.
